It was recently announced that Inglewood will become home to the NFL Rams team, which will further boost the local economy. With $2.6 billion expected to be pushed into the NFL Stadium mixed-use development alone speculators are undoubtedly eyeing Inglewood for potential investment opportunities.

The Hollywood Park Casino opened in 1994 and was previously home to the Los Angeles Lakers and the Hollywood Park Racetrack.

By fail 2016, the 110,000-square-foot Hollywood Park Casino will be roughly 40% larger, will hold 35 more gaming tables and will include a new restaurant and sports bar. The new 300-acre, mixed-use Hollywood Park project will include the stadium, shops, hotels, homes, and two lakes.
